শিশুদের জন্য ঘরেই স্বাস্থ্যকর উপায়ে অরেঞ্জ জেলি বানিয়ে ফেলতে পারেন। কমলা যেমন খেতে দারুন তেমন পুষ্টিকরও। বাচ্চারাও খেতে পছন্দ করে। সকালের নাস্তায় পাউরুটির সাথে জেলি হলে তো কোন কথাই নেউ। এর প্রস্তুত প্রণালিও ভীষণ সহজ। জেনে নিন রেসিপি। চারটি কমলার খোসা ছাড়িয়ে বিচি আলাদা করে ব্লেন্ড করে নিন। মিশ্রণটি ছেঁকে রস বের করুন। চুলায় আধা কাপ পানির সঙ্গে ১ কাপ চিনি মেশান। আধা চা চামচ অরেঞ্জ এসেন্স মিশিয়ে নিন। ছেঁকে রাখা কমলার রস দিয়ে নাড়তে থাকুন। এই পর্যায়ে চুলার আঁচ সামান্য কমিয়ে দেবেন। কিছুক্ষণ জ্বাল করে ৩ টেবিল চামচ জেলাটিন দিয়ে দিন। অল্প আঁচে অনবরত নাড়তে থাকুন। মিশ্রণটি ঘন হতে শুরু করলে নামিয়ে খানিকটা ঠান্ডা করে কাচের বয়ামে ঢেলে নিন। জমে গেলে পরিবেশন করুন পাউরুটির সঙ্গে।
কমলার খোসা ছাড়িয়ে কোয়াগুলো আলাদা করে নিন। বিচি বের করে ব্লেন্ড করে রসটুকু আলাদা করুন। চুলায় প্যান বসিয়ে চিনি ও আধা কাপ পানি দিন। অরেঞ্জ এসেন্স দিয়ে নেড়ে কমলার রস দিয়ে দিন। ফুটে উঠলে আঁচ সামান্য কমিয়ে জ্বাল করুন। কিছুক্ষণ জ্বাল করে চুলার আঁচ কমিয়ে জেলাটিন দিয়ে নাড়তে থাকুন অনবরত। মিশ্রণটি ঘন হতে শুরু করলে নামিয়ে খানিকটা ঠাণ্ডা করে কাচের বয়ামে ঢেলে নিন। জমে গেলে পরিবেশন করুন ব্রেডের সঙ্গে।
